Advance your research with real-world EEG and AI-powered analytics
Advance your research with real-world EEG and AI-powered analytics
WE ARE PIONEERING a new category of wearables to collect medical-grade EEG in natural environments. Our AI-powered study and analytics platform enables precision neuroscience at scale to advance clinical research and care.
Leading innovation in continuous ambulatory EEG
OUR MISSION is to make EEG monitoring as natural, easy, and continuous as it should be - empowering clinical researchers and healthcare professionals with real-time insights from direct measures of brain health to close the gap between clinical visits.
Advance your decentralized trials with remote monitoring
The Cebreo Monitoring Solution is scalable, intuitive, and built for decentralized, unassisted data acquisition across all phases of research. Our wearables integrate seamlessly to capture real-world electrophysiology and activity data — all accessible through our secure study and user management portal for real-time monitoring of data quality and participant adherence.
Precision neuroscience for real-world impact
Cebreo Medical pioneers digital biomarker development to enrich diagnostic decisions, personalize care, and accelerate therapeutic development. Together with academic and industry collaborators we advance clinically validated markers, to unlock meaningful insights into sleep, epilepsy, and other neurological conditions.
REM sleep behavior disorder and Parkinson’s disease
Early detection of Parkinson’s disease enables timely intervention and better outcomes. This longitudinal study evaluates NeuroBuds for at-home acquisition of electrophysiological markers in patients with RBD and Parkinson’s disease to develop diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers.
Excessive daytime sleepiness
Objective assessment of daytime sleepiness is essential to manage residual symptoms that persist in some patients despite treatment. This study evaluates NeuroBuds for day- and night EEG acquisition to explore the sleep-wake interplay and develop biomarkers for excessive daytime sleepiness in patients with sleep apnea.
Chronic pain and insomnia
More than half of patients with chronic pain also suffer from insomnia. This study evaluates NeuroBuds to measure the effect and interplay between CBT-I and EEG sleep parameters in patients with chronic pain and comorbid insomnia to develop a monitoring biomarker.
Alzheimer’s disease
Evidence suggests that Alzheimer’s disease presents detectable electrographic changes before clear clinical symptoms appear. This study evaluates NeuroBuds for at-home acquisition of brain activity during sleep and navigation tasks to develop supportive diagnostic biomarkers.

How we drive value across therapeutic development
Monitor progression when it matters most
Cebreo enables longitudinal monitoring over weeks or months, to capture the neurophysiological dynamics that mark progression in degenerative and neurological conditions.
Objective evidence
Whether demonstrating improved sleep quality, reduced epileptiform burden, or enhanced motor control, the Cebreo solution provides compelling, quantifiable data to support labeling and differentiation.
Patient stratification
Cebreo can help to identify physiologically distinct subgroups - improving trial precision and paving the way for more targeted therapeutic strategies.
Detect drug effects
Capture changes in sleep, epileptiform activity, or motor patterns. Objective measures reveals how treatments affect brain and muscle - supporting dose selection and trial success.
