Solution V4

REM sleep behavior disorder and Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson

Early detection of Parkinson’s disease enables timely intervention and better outcomes. This longitudinal study evaluates NeuroBuds for at-home acquisition of electrophysiological markers in patients with RBD and Parkinson’s disease to develop diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers.

Excessive daytime sleepiness

Excessive Daytime Sleepiness - shutterstock_2514206259 modifiedObjective assessment of daytime sleepiness is essential to manage residual symptoms that persist in some patients despite treatment. This study evaluates NeuroBuds for day- and night EEG acquisition to explore the sleep-wake interplay and develop biomarkers for excessive daytime sleepiness in patients with sleep apnea.

Chronic pain and insomnia

Pain and Sleep-1More than half of patients with chronic pain also suffer from insomnia. This study evaluates NeuroBuds to measure the effect and interplay between CBT-I and EEG sleep parameters in patients with chronic pain and comorbid insomnia to develop a monitoring biomarker.

Alzheimer’s disease

AHEADEvidence suggests that Alzheimer’s disease presents detectable electrographic changes before clear clinical symptoms appear. This study evaluates NeuroBuds for at-home acquisition of brain activity during sleep and navigation tasks to develop supportive diagnostic biomarkers.
